RETURNS POLICY

Please use the following form for your email to ensure a smooth return process:

We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return your items in exchange for a refund in store credit or in the form of an electronic giftcard.
In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Purchases of swimwear as well as underwear are final and cannot be returned due hygiene reasons.
You must also return the packaging and anything else that came with the order.
The buyer is responsible for the postage fee to ship the items to our offices in California , USA.
In case you send back high value items, we would recommend using a trackable shipping serviceor purchasing a shipping insurance to guarantee that we receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for parcels that get lost on the way to us, and we cannot refund your postage fee nor shipping costs. We do not charge any additional service fees for returning an item.

Please, never reject the parcel at your door or purposefully not collect it at your post office, also do not send it back to the address on the package.
If you do this, you are not returning the item to us, but instead, it will be sent to a shipping hub or warehouse -- and we will unfortunately not be able to find your package anymore. We can only process returns and refunds when they have been announced via email beforehand.
